The new bees have arrived. Brogan is helping his dad check the new honey bees. We hope these bees will help polenate all our fruit bearing trees, berries and the plants in the vegetable garden.

APRIL SUGARING

We have been maple sugaring. We use many recipes that have maple syrup in them most especially our "maple oatmeal bread". Often we find Sophie trying to taste the maple sap straight from the tree. Beginning in June we will be selling maple syrup at the market.
